About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at FOUR STAR FOODS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Relocation Assistance: Willing to relocate for the right candidate.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
