Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Processing
    • Review and evaluate loan applications to ensure they meet our lending criteria
    • Prepare and submit loan documentation for approval
    • Work with clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to their loan
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist clients with their financial needs, providing guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our financial services to clients
  • Compliance
    • Ensure that all financial transactions and activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws that may impact our financial services
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Basic security clearance
