About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service support while managing investment-related paperwork and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account changes in a timely manner
  • Correspond with registered plan trustees regarding registered accounts and required paperwork
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners
  • Act as a primary point of contact for transaction management
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support
  • Strong database management skills
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with CRMs or other customer-focused software (an asset)
