Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at KP Building Products. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Environment: Noisy.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs).
