Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Training and Development: Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that materials and supplies are available when needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, work in a noisy environment, and stand for long periods.
