About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Governance Treasury team in National Bank Financial Markets. As a governance specialist, you will play a key role in serving as a governance expert and providing analytical and work organization skills to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document all Treasury activities
  • Identify guiding principles, standards, and obligations and implement mechanisms to ensure compliance with them
  • Assess and structure decision-making processes
  • Support the team in planning, establishing, and following up on priorities
  • Oversee the development of business governance by cataloguing and implementing best practices
  • Integrate the business strategy into the risk management framework
About the Team

You will be part of a team of five colleagues reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Governance, Treasury, and Pension Fund. Our team stands out for its cross-functional role with Treasury financing and investment trading teams, the quality of its deliveries, and its development of specialized expertise while working in a collaborative and enriching work environment.
