About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and driving business growth through strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, driving retention and growth through strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account executives and underwriters, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and improve client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience, with a strong track record of client relationships and business growth.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM, are highly valued.
  • Active and in good standing provincial license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
