Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Parts Counter and Accessory Specialist to join our team at BMW Toronto.

About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their vehicle needs, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Parts Sales: Sell parts and accessories to customers, ensuring accurate billing and processing of transactions.
  • Boutique Maintenance: Maintain the visual appeal of our boutique, ensuring that all displays are kept up to date and products are properly merchandised.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist customers with installing accessories and provide maintenance support as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Retail Experience: Have prior retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Problem Analysis and Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Customer-Oriented: Be customer-oriented, with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Teamwork: Possess strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
