We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Bisha. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and creating delicious desserts for our guests.

Responsibilities- Supervise and train pastry staff to ensure high-quality dessert production
- Develop and implement new dessert menus to meet guest demands
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to optimize profitability
- Clean and maintain the kitchen area to adhere to health and safety standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year salary based on experience

This is a permanent, full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, which can be physically demanding at times.
