Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase your creativity and expertise in pastry arts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently.
  • Supply Management: Estimate and manage supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all pastry dishes prepared in the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a pastry arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, with a focus on leadership and menu planning.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and WHMIS certification.
