Job Description

**Program Manager - Infrastructure**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager - Infrastructure to join our team at CB Canada. As a Program Manager - Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise resources assigned to projects
  • Ensure project lifecycle is completed in adherence to company policies and frameworks
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality
  • Senior stakeholder engagement at Director and VP levels
  • Oversee and develop team members working on the program and underlying projects
  • Recruit and contract staff to be assigned to the Program(s)
  • Coordinate all funds spent in relation to the program(s)
  • Provide transparency into program health through published schedules and regular status reporting
  • Manage and document scope changes impacting schedule, budget, or quality
  • Manage program financials
  • Act as a mediator between program collaborators and the program team(s)
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues and risks as required
  • Vendor and Contract Management

Requirements:

  • 10+ years leading IT projects in a large complex corporate environment
  • Previous experience in IT Lifecycle Management or IT Asset Management
  • Solid planning & resourcing skills
  • Experience applying Agile in Infrastructure Projects
  • 10+ years in a Project Manager role leading project teams
  • Skilled in the use of Project & Portfolio Management tools and methodologies
  • Practical experience handling programs greater than $10M
  • Shown management and team leadership abilities
  • Cost Management, Change Management, Risk Management experience
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at both technical and executive level
  • Familiarity with Mining, other Natural Resources or Industrial business desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Agile Certified Practitioner
  • PMP certification

Language: Proficient Spanish, both written and spoken, is considered an asset
