Restaurant Supervisor

Pita Land is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and food service attendants in preparing and serving high-quality meals.
About the RoleThis permanent position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 5-10 food service staff in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation and presentation techniques
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry
- Safe Food Handling certificate
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg. A Safe Food Handling certificate is also required.
