Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead a team of cooks and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and training on food preparation and handling.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering necessary items as required.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Recruit and Train: Assist in recruiting and training new staff members, ensuring they meet the high standards of our kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
