  • **Job Summary:**
  • As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service professionals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food and service, and maintain a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
    2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
    3. Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    4. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
    6. Requirements:
      1. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
      2. 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
      3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
