We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Drive Smart 1 Driving School.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our office operations, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure seamless service delivery
- Perform other related duties as required
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
