We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Bantrel. As a key member of our Mining division, you will be responsible for driving business development activities in the Canadian market.
About the Role
- Contribute to the development of Bantrel's strategy framework, including market, client, and competitor analysis across Canada.
- Maintain relationships with major competitors, contractors, suppliers, and industry associations to gain insights into their strategies and market trends.
- Represent Bantrel throughout the industry to build and sustain relationships and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the Mining General Manager to develop and execute strategies for market development and penetration.
- Oversee proposal development and response processes.
- Manage pursuit risk processes, including collaboration with Bantrel's legal and project management teams.
- Participate in prime contract negotiation and project handover to execution teams.
- Lead commercial strategy for pursuits.
- Drive cooperation and coordination with Bechtel Global Business Unit to develop attractive offerings for customers.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree in Engineering or Construction, with a preference for Engineering in an appropriate discipline or specialty.
- 8+ years of industry experience in project execution and/or operations, business development roles within an EPC/EPCM organization.
- Sound knowledge of commercial, economic, and business issues related to the mining industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
