About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, including coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial cooking equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Requirements
  • Education in appliance service or a related field is preferred
  • Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn during training
  • Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
