Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Choquette CKS. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment. If you have experience as a hot or cold side equipment Service Technician or similar work experience, this may be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Using industry knowledge to service complex equipment
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid trade license (G3, G2, G1, 313A, Red Seal) is a strong asset but not required
  • Related trade experience is an asset (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding/fabricating, mover, basic construction, etc.)
  • Experience working in the foodservice industry is preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
