About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial cooking equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Education in appliance service or a related field is preferred
  • Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn during training
  • Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
