About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr Phone Fix - Sherwood Park. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise and promote products to customers, ensuring a positive sales experience.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Experience and Education
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
