Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Onesky Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Permanent work term and 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
