Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at Cornerstone Security & Transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning and organizing daily operations, and directing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Manage events and ensure they are executed according to plan
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
