Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional Liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the customer journey, managing scheduling and appointment confirmations, preparing hearing care professionals for customer appointments, converting calls into appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting. Knowledge of the hearing aid industry is preferred but not necessary.
