About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs
  • Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
  • Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Previous banking experience is an asset, but not required
