Job Description:

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative - Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Cash Register: You will be responsible for accurately handling customer transactions, managing cash, and balancing your till at the end of each shift.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Store Environment: You will ensure the store remains clean and well-organized, including restocking shelves and taking out the trash.
  • Process Payments: You will process various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, cheques, and cash.
  • Stock Shelves: You will receive and stock merchandise, ensuring the store appears attractive and inviting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
  • Previous Experience an Asset: While experience is not required, it is preferred. If you have worked in a retail environment before, you will have an advantage.
