Dishwasher Job Summary

At Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, we are seeking a diligent Dishwasher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
  • Set up and operate the dish machine according to company procedures.
  • Maintain the daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.
  • Keep the dish area and kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down countertops.
  • Place clean plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans on specified shelves.
  • Assist with assigned prep work.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and control all waste.
Requirements:
  • Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to frequently bend and kneel, lift moderate weight, and work on feet for an extended period.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
