Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher Assistant to join our team at Inn On The Lake. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Store cleaned items in designated areas
- Scour pots and pans to remove food residue
- Assist with food preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables and fruit
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Food Safety Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Reliability, team player, and positive attitude
