Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Inn On The Lake. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
- Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and maintain their condition.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling vegetables and fruits.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Food Safety Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
