About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Performance Expert to join our team at Safran Landing Systems in Canada. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of Machine Parts and Special Process suppliers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate supplier risk and develop monitoring plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Manage and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Determine and lead the escalation and de-escalation process as required based on vendor's performance
  • Support suppliers in implementing progress plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements
  • Conduct performance audits and assessments to proactively identify concerns/issues and develop action plans to mitigate

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Supply chain principles and tools, including performance audits
  • Load/Capacity, Rate Readiness Assessment, Line of Balance Analysis, Recovery Plan Management, Business Continuity Plans
  • Understanding of quality standards such as ISO/AS
  • Experience and technical knowledge of machined parts, special processes
  • Cross-functional project management, multidisciplinary team work
  • Negotiation and contracts
  • Change management
  • Good level of written and oral English
  • Master of intercultural relationships

What We Offer


In addition to a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.


Travel Requirements


This role requires frequent travel (up to 40%) to SLS Sites in France, UK, Mexico, China, and Canada.
