We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team at Friendly Fires. As a Gas Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gas appliances and systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and mark reference points for gas line installations
  • Repair and service gas appliances and related equipment
  • Advise clients on gas unit and system maintenance
  • Supervise other workers
  • Study drawings and specifications for installation layouts and materials
  • Test and adjust control mechanisms and check for gas leaks
  • Test and replace defective equipment or components
Requirements:
  • Gas Fitter Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
