Job Title: Growth Strategy Manager
We are seeking a strategic thinker to drive business growth across Canada and the United States for ROCKWOOL's North American headquarters in Milton, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and position growth strategies for ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation.
- Utilize market insights, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead strategic planning process development and implementation.
- Conduct market segment analysis and develop support materials for the management team.
- Create growth plans, including market analysis, strategic initiatives, and business cases for future opportunities.
- Develop organizational presentations and annual reports.
- Collaborate with the global strategy team for alignment with reporting requirements.
- Work directly with the Director, Product Management & Strategy on yearly strategic process implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.
- Several years of experience in strategy, business development, or a similar role - preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing strategic growth plans across various channels and markets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing market trends and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize growth initiatives effectively.
- Understanding of the construction and building materials industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and ability to articulate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Project Management: Experience working in Asana or equivalent software.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP plus.
