The Role

We're seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and drink experiences
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement improvements
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Manage daily cash reconciliation and attend weekly manager meetings

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 1+ years of experience in food and beverage management. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional service, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with giving and receiving feedback. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
