Job Title: Infrastructure Division Director

The Fort McKay First Nation (FMFN) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Division Director to lead the development and management of our professional and efficient Infrastructure and Sustainability division. Located in Fort McKay, AB, this permanent full-time salaried position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to ensure the continued growth and success of our Infrastructure and Sustainability division.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive key performance outcomes, risk management, and program delivery growth.
- Lead directors, managers, and project teams to successfully implement initiatives and achieve short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor staff to build understanding of the community and its residents, their roles, and departmental responsibilities in contributing to plans and policies.
- Establish effective decision-making processes to enable FMFN to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Support sound financial management and oversee the financial status of the division's long-term and short-term financial plans.
- Communicate results of analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement to executives and Chief & Council as needed.

Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous project management and construction experience required; regional site experience preferred.
- Fifteen years of well-rounded and progressive experience in a related field with a senior leadership level background, including a minimum of 10 years of management and leadership experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable processes, service delivery models, best practices, legislation, and regulations relating to corporate services disciplines.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
