About the Role

MNG Builders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
    • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and quality control reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction project management role.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced construction environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
