Senior Group Manager, Audit

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex audits and projects, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to our executives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex audits and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to our executives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, audit committees, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans, ensuring that all risks and controls are properly assessed and addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our audit practices are current and effective.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in audit and assurance, with a strong background in leading complex audits and projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
