  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell and advise customers on automotive parts, products, and services, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Parts Management: Assist customers by looking up parts using electronic and/or paper parts catalogues, place orders, and advise when available for pick-up and/or delivery.
  • Customer Support: Check pricing and availability of parts, process payment, provide customers with paperwork, and examine returns for proper parts and issue credit when warranted.
  • Professionalism and Communication: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all interactions with customers are positive and productive.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Knowledge: Experience and/or knowledge of the heavy-duty/automotive sales market or heavy-duty/automotive parts sales is required.
  • Education and Certifications: Related university/college degree/certificate/diploma would be considered an asset, and professional membership(s) in automotive or related industry/associations would be considered an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret performance, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
  • Driver's License and Abstract: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
