Store Manager

At Intello Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our Mobile Klinik store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators and sales targets, creating an environment where team members feel valued, and being the face to the community in the area your store operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
- Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a team
- Be the face to the community in the area your store operates
- Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
- Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best-in-class repair, care, sales, and services
- Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies, and procedures
- Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre-owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
