We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stop & Shop Convenience. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management and Control
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve stock turnover.
- Payroll and Administration
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve payroll efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
