We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your skills in leadership and management.

About the Role:
  • Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Job Type:Full-time

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, develop your leadership skills, and make important decisions that impact the success of your store. Our Retail Store Supervisors are empowered to take ownership of their stores and drive business results through effective decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Motivate Team Members:Supervise and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Drive Sales Growth:Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
  3. Manage Store Operations:Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  4. Develop Leadership Skills:Participate in training programs, attend workshops, and engage in mentorship opportunities to develop your leadership and management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
