Studio Sales Manager

As a key member of our team, the Studio Sales Manager will play a vital role in helping us meet studio sales goals and membership renewals. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and securing member referrals. This individual must exemplify leadership qualities, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience and be confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales. They will also need to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail. Additional requirements include proficiency with computers and Studio software, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
This position offers competitive base + bonuses; based on experience & performance. Commission paid on sales and opportunities to bonus, based on performance. Complimentary CycleBar Classes at Studio are also included.
