Welcome to CycleBar, where we fuel energetic communal experiences As a CycleBar Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our Mission and values. You will be responsible for building rapport and lasting relationships with members, retaining existing members, and engaging with them in a way that generates referrals. Additionally, you will handle Rider concerns with a solutions-focused attitude in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience and be confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales. They will also need to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail. Key skills include proficiency with computers and Studio software, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
This position offers competitive base + bonuses; based on experience & performance. Commission paid on sales and opportunities to bonus, based on performance. Complimentary CycleBar Classes at Studio are also included.
