Sales Lead Role
This role assists store management with daily operations, developing associates, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, training and developing sales teams, providing feedback and coaching, and supervising store operations in the absence of management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and standards of performance
- Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
- Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees
- Supervise and manage daily store operations in management's absence
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work night and weekend shifts.
