Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of Owned Channels Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Oversee campaign optimization efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in content creation and delivery.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, with a focus on leadership and innovation.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management and excellent social skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with creative judgment and a test & learn approach.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and reach x frequency.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Enterprise Service Platform dashboards, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Movable Ink, and industry AI use cases.
