Account Manager

At Opta Information Intelligence, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the insurance market.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback to inform product development.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
