About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, be knowledgeable about Skechers products, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the store team to ensure a premier shopping experience for customers, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- Serve as a product expert, guiding customers to the right product selection and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Skechers products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and other customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and promote Skechers brand awareness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months retail or hospitality experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.65, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.
