Business Development Director

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to oversee the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with key client accounts. As a leader in the industry, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide formal supervision to employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
- Implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients using available marketing programs.
- Direct new business efforts with current accounts, source new business opportunities, and engage the field accordingly.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Evaluate industry and business trends, reviewing performance across the strategic account.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Solve complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging resources within or outside the department.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's Degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
- Ability to lead sensitive, complicated, and difficult information exchanges.
- Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets impacting multiple departments' results.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
What We Offer:
CBRE offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
