Ganapati Pharmacy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include assembling data, preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Supervision and Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

A background in education with secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role is required.

Work Conditions and Requirements

The selected candidate will work 35 hours per week and have access to public transportation.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
