Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering questions and providing information about our menu items.
    • Serve food and beverages in a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet and welcome customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service.
  • Inventory and Ordering
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.
    • Assist with special events and promotions, providing exceptional service to our guests.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Work Experience
      • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
    • Physical Demands
      • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, if necessary.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English is required.
