Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage options.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage service role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
