About the Role

Gino's Pizza Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of the office, including maintaining inventory, budgetary controls, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Health Benefits: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
